Join Sarah de Poray for this 6-week course. This class series is your “me time”. Bring your new baby (ages 2-12 months) to connect with other moms that just “get it”. Enjoy some relief in the tired, achy areas of your postpartum body, as well as, feel re-energized with movement and gentle strengthening that support the demands of your busy days and nights.
We will focus on the essential role that breathing and your deep core muscles play in pregnancy and childbirth. We will move to feel both more relaxed and stronger. We will take time to be still and meditate. Come prepared to laugh, meet new friends on the same path, and confidently embrace this journey you’re on!
