Join Yoga with Sarah de Poray for this 6-week course. This class series is your “me time”. We will focus on the essential role that breathing and your deep core muscles play in pregnancy and childbirth. We will move to feel both more relaxed and stronger. We will take time to be still and meditate. Simple, useful “take-home” tools for childbirth will be threaded through the class. Come prepared to laugh, meet new friends on the same path, and confidently embrace this journey you’re on!
