Yes, this workshop will deepen your twists, side and back bends– but also, as movement in your upper back improves –so will your shoulder and neck mobility and comfort. We will also be spending time with precise corrective movements to improve breath function. Finally, release of the respiratory diaphragm will leave you in a state of profound and calm awakening.
