Benefits state that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep, there’s a reduction of feeling anxious and stressed, and a calming of the nervous system.
It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. Ariana will guide you through an experience that includes guided imagery and body scanning to aid relaxation; and have you headed home feeling blissed out.
