On June 23rd Jen Forristal and Dave Inglis are excited to bring to life another Hygge Retreat for you to practice self-care, self-reflect and learn new strategies and tactics to live a more balance and high-performing life.
Through community, sauna & cold plunges, meditation, exercise, and silent reflection the Hygge Retreat experience promises to deepen your mind-body connection equip you with the tools and practices to take your craft to the next level.
In This retreat we’re bringing things up a notch. We have 5 incredible teachers joining the day and will be giving participants access to private massage therapy, cranial therapy, fascia stretching, and acupuncture. All physical therapy sessions are offered by registered professionals and qualify for most employee benefits programs.
