This 75 minutes class is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat using Pilates principles fused with interval training (HIIT). You will be strength­ening mus­cles and burning fat! It is designed for all fit­ness levels. This class is also set to a fun, upbeat playlist to get you moving!
